My strategy is to use social media & new website as a tool – a look into Glenwood; what we are doing, how we are changing lives, enabling our individuals to live life to their fullest potential. I've increased the usage of social media for the organization from 0-1x per week to an average of 3x per week to further public awareness. Our likes were averaging to below 30 per post before I came to now are upwards of 50 - 100 per post depending on content.
